OTM311, IO-Link & 4-20 mAOTM311, exclusively branded for Tetra Pak, combining highest accuracy with the fastest response
time in its class. Fully backward-compatible with Pentronic TPT12, this advanced design ensures
seamless integration into existing systems. Powered by hybrid technology, it supports both IO-Link

TM311, IO-Link
Application TM311 is used for temperature measuring in hygienic and aseptic applications in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries with IO-Link digital protocol General The compact thermometer measures the process temperature using a Pt100 sensor element (Class A, 4-wire). An optional integrated transmitter converts the Pt100 input signal. In the version with integrated electronics, the device automatically detects the connection variant (IO-Link or 4–20 mA). Benefits IO-Link output signal is a new trending industrial point to point digital communication protocol and has various advantages TM311 has a sensor+transmitter matched option which has increased accuracy up to 0.14 C Suitable for pipe and tank applications EHEDG approved process connection variety Thermowell and without thermowell options with fast response time


 


 


 



TPT12, with and without cable (Phased out)
 Application TPT12 is used for temperature measuring in pipelines, dimensions DN 25 - 100. Benefits High accuracy Built-in transmitter = No need for transmitters in cabinet (saves space). Smaller sensor point lowers the risk of reading errors due to stem heat. Possible to use the existing wiring when you replace it with an existing sensor only adding a connector (and removing transmitter in cabinet). TPT31 Application TPT31 is used for temperature measuring in pipelines, dimensions DN 25 - 100. Benefits Higher accuracy than TPT12 Digital transmitter = No need for transmitters or analogue input cards in cabinet (saves space and cost). Smaller sensor point lowers the risk of reading errors due to stem heat. Possible to get diagnostics from transmitter. EAC approved TPT12 and TPT31 Same type of transmitters as above, but EAC marked as they conform to technical regulations of the Euroasian Customs Union.









TM411
Application TM411 is used for temperature measuring in tanks and in projects. Benefits High accuracy
Built-in transmitter = No need for transmitters in cabinet (saves space).
