Cutting/Compression couplings
Application
For non-sanitary applications e.g. steam and steam condensate. Usually tubes with 10 mm outside diameter is used.
The size of the couplings refeer to the outside diameter of the tube, (measure "B" in the table).
Cutting ring couplings according to DIN 2353 / EN ISO 8434-1
This basic one-ring type coupling is traditionally used in our appplications e.g. to steam and condensate pipings to pumps and valves.
Compression ring couplings type "Swagelok"
This type is also refeered as "Instrument connection" from some suppliers and is a two-ring type coupling that gives a safer connection and is more suitable for repeating assembly/disassembly.
